Introduction: Nowadays, trust is a vital factor for individual, organizational and social success and is considered as the main source of soft and effective power production in hard power diffusion coefficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate trust-based behavior with respect to increasing public trust in sports elites. Methods: The present study is a mixed type (qualitative-quantitative) research method. Non-structured, semi-structured interviews as well as structured interviews were used. The statistical population included in the qualitative part 15 sport elites of the country and in the quantitative part there were 242 coaches, experts, elites and specialists of the Ministry of Sport. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire based on interviews with all coaches, experts, senior and specialists of the Ministry of Sport, the Olympic Committee and the country's sports elite. Its validity was confirmed by several professors and experts. The reliability of the research instrument was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0. 832. The Komogorov-Smirnov test was performed to investigate the natural distribution of data, exploratory factor analysis using spss software version 24, confirmatory factor analysis using LISREL software. Results: The results showed that all factor loadings were higher than 0. 05 indicating convergent validity. Also, the values of the indices were above 0. 9, indicating good fit to the model. Conclusion: Findings indicate that public trust is related to macro level factors rather than micro level. An individual's assessment of the status of society is the most important factor affecting their level of public confidence.

In this paper, the author to evaluate the public trust in public sector organization including all customers in public sector organization in Firouzkoh city. The statistical population is chosen based on a simple random method. The sample volume will determined by margin table and their opinion will be measured by a questionnaire. This questionnaire includes some questions provided by which the clients opinion will be measured as commitment to ethics, equity behavior with clients, responsiveness, social responsibility, clearness and appropriate information and efficiency in service delivery in public sector organizations. For the validity of tool, a verdict method and for the reliability of the tools, Cronbach Alpha method is used and the result is equal to 89%. To examine the research questions, twosection nonparametric method and Spearmen coefficient by a significant level of 0.The results of collected information analysis indicated that there is a relationship between performance index, public trust and organization performance of public sector isn’t more than medium limit in all performance areas.

Trust is the foundation of many daily interactions in the field of human societies, interpersonal communication and social interactions between groups. There is no doubt that improving political trust within the community have important role in the formulation and implementation of public policy and effective association of citizens with government and public organizations.By using research model rose from theoretical foundations, the effect of accountability on public trust and in political trust were investigated. The study was based on survey strategy; a questionnaire was used to data collecting. SPSS and LISREL software’s were used for analyzing the research hypothesis. The sample consists of teachers, and staffs of Department of Education in Tehran in Tehran that were selected by random sampling. Research findings showed that there is meaningful relationship between Public perception of accountability in public organizations, public trust in public organizations and political trust to government. The continuation of such investigations could set the context for more attention of government to accountability, public trust and provide political trust.

There are many evidences indicating that increase in resources and responsibilities of public sector is not match to the degree of accountability in this section. There are however lots of evidences showing that strategic environmental variables such as social trust in society could be effective on the current situation too. In this investigation, the researchers studied the trust literature and provided a three dimensional model. Then, they evaluated the effect of public accountability in increasing or decreasing of public trust to the government and political institutions. Accordingly, the purpose of this investigation was to study and explain the role of accountability in public trust to governments. The research method is descriptive (survey research). The statistical sample was selected from the research community that formed from public and private organizations in Tehran city. The data were gathered with questionnaires and analyzed with LISREL and SPSS software. Regarding the role of accountability indicators in public and political trust, this article tries to emphasize this important role and suggests developed model for accountability and public trust to government in Iran.

Trust increased discipline, stability and predictability, and is a mechanism that maintains the integrity and unity of social relationships in the system. With the decline of public trust, public participation in political processes will be reduced. If the general public do not trust the government and its elected and appointed individuals, at the time of the implementation of difficult decisions, particularly in cases involving the sacrifice and dedication will not cooperate.Reducing citizens' trust in government and governmental institutions is one of the crisis in the world today. One of the most fundamental challenges facing public administration is how to maintain and enhance public trust in the governmental agencies.The present study aims to identify ways to enhance public trust in governmental agencies which is done by means of analytical method. The results show that the image of citizens from governmental agencies influences on public trust in governmental agencies. Citizens' perception of 1) general responsiveness, 2) the possibility of public participation in decisions, 3) service’s quality, 4) administrative health, 5) transparency, 6) ethics, 7) justice shapes the mental image of governmental organization.Therefore, upgrading the seven mentioned above factors and thus improving the image of citizens lead to have more trust on their governmental agencies.

Trust is one of the important aspects of human relationships and is the contextual basis for partnership and cooperation among community members. Without public trust of individuals towards each other, the society breaks down. Public trust is a basic requirement for success of any society and governments. Trust also leads to cooperative behavior and reduce conflict and reduce the cost of doing the work. The influential operation of organizations in a society is related to the people’s trust towards these organizations. If the trust of citizens have been destroyed, public sector workers face more difficulties in carrying out their duties and the decline of public trust, public participation in political processes will be reduced. Reducing citizens' trust in government and governmental agencies are of the crises in the world today. One of the most challenging issues in front of governmental management is to save and promote public trust in governmental organizations. The present research with the aim of identifying contextual factors on public trust in governmental agencies is done through a descriptive-analytical method. The results showed that factors such as trust in government, economy, media, industrialization, crime, new public management, although are not under the control of the governmental agencies, form the context of public trust in governmental agencies.

The purpose of this study is to identify the indicators and components of trust in order to explain the model of trust institutionalization for Iranian public organizations. The present research is basic from users and audience dimension, exploratory from purpose dimension and cross-sectional from time dimension. Data collection technic is mixed method. Data were collected in the qualitative section through semi-structured interviews and in the quantitative section through a questionnaire. The interviews with 15 experts and thematic analysis resulted in 50 components. We, used a two rounds Delphi technique to validate the components and refine the indicators. We also used the content validity method to evaluate the validity of the research instrument in the qualitative phase of research and the retest method to assess its reliability. In the quantitative phase, face and content validity were used and data were analyzed by ratio test technique, confirmatory factor analysis and structural-interpretive equation method. The result of the research is a design of a model for institutionalizing trust in public organizations, which includes 9 main components and 49 indicators

Public accountability is an indication of modern and democratic Governance. If governments are not responsive to their people in relation to their actions, mistakes and decision making, democracy will be maxim. Therefore, public accountability as an institution, is complementary to public administration in a modern and democratic Governance. Accountable government in a society provides the citizens with public trust, increasing their public participation in political and social context.Therefore, this research investigated the impact of public accountability on increasing the citizens' public trust and public participation in the 22 areas of Tehran city. Methodology of this research is measurable-correlation, which is based on structural equation modeling. The findings of this research indicated that public accountability can affect both public trust and public participation.
